Q: What information do you need for a quote?
A: Please provide the product 2D/3D drawings in PDF, XLSX, INDOX, JPG, or similar formats.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Delivery times depend on your specific items, typically ranging from 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Send your sample to our factory, and we can either replicate it or provide better solutions. You can also send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). A CAD or 3D file will be created for you upon order placement.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small amounts, we require 100% advance payment by T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, 50% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment.
