The Recycle Foam Cutting Machine is ideal for reusing waste materials, memory foam,sponge,mattress leftover and latex foam, etc. The cutting machine can cut the recycled material into regular pieces (foam sticks), so that the waste material can be fully reusing to fill pillows, cushions, toys, etc.
-Spiral Shear Knife: Built-in with the function of automatic sharpening,the machine is with powerful cutting ability and fast cutting speed.
-Well-resistant Slitter Knife: The circular slitting cutter is with high strength and good wear resistance, with hardness of 60-62hrc. lt can be used for more than 10 years without sharpening.
-Three Frequency Converters: Each group of knife has a frequency converter to control the cutting speed.
- Jam Alarm System: Once the machine is clogged, it will send an alarm to protect the safety of opeartor and machine.
- Automatic Tension on Belt: The machine has an automatic belt tension function.
