Working Princible After the material enters the crushing chamber, it becomes downstream under the action of the centripetal countercurrent jet field formed by the high-speed compressed jet. The accelerated material is merged at the meeting point of multiple nozzles, resulting in violent impact, collision and friction, and then crushed. The crushed fine powder moves with the air flow in the upper part of the chamber. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse powder returns to the grinding chamber and continues to be crushed. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port and enters the cyclone separator and dust collector and is collected. The dust-containing gas is separated in the dust collector, and the gas is removed by the induced draft fan.

Performance & Characteristics 1. Low energy consumption, compared with the traditional fluidized bed jet mill, can save 30% energy.
2. Because the materials in the crushing chamber mainly collide with each other, the collision with the inner chamber of the crushing host is very small, so the pollution of the materials is very little, and high purity materials can be produced.
3. Built-in self-diverting micro-powder classifier, particle size distribution is concentrated, no large particles in the finished product.
4. Low temperature medium free grinding, especially suitable for the grinding of low melting point, heat sensitive, sugar content and volatile materials.
5. For flammable and explosive materials, inert gas can be used as a medium to achieve completely closed crushing, inert gas recycling, low loss. Automatic control ability, easy to operate.
