Deep Litter Broiler Farm Feeding and Drinking System
Our Automatic Poultry Farm Chicken Cage Equipment consists of:

Generally the Height of poultry houses is 3.5 meter (eaves), the Width of the poultry houses is decided according to the layout of equipment inside and cannot be too large considering ventilation, the Length is better to be less than 120 meters.
1. Automatic Main Feed Delivery System.
(1) Main feed delivery system consists of feed conveyor, silo, auger, drive motor and automatic control system.
(2) Main feed delivery system is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to feeding trolley system. With photoelectric switch in automatic control system, it can be automatic switch off when feeding trolleys are full loaded.

Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to daily consumption.
If silo is not necessary for the poultry farm, we will choose Hopper instead of silo.
2. Cage and Frame System.
Cage and Cage Frame, can be Cold galvanized treatment and Hot galvanized treatment. Both treatment can extend cage's service life.
(1) Hot or Cold galvanized treatment for cages are alternative to choose according to customers' farm condition.
For humid condition, Hot galvanized cage is better than Cold galvanized cage.
(2) In same condition, the service life of Hot galvanized cage is double than Cold galvanized cage.

3. Automatic Drinking System and Dosing System.
This system consist of water filter, dosing device from Dosatron France, water pipes and nipple drinkers.
(1) Water Line Front System can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of Poultry.
(2) The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which help birds start well and makes drinking easier.

Water Line Front System	Filter water for dosing device. Pressure Regulating Valve. Water Meter
Dosing Device	Import from Dosatron France, the most famous brand of dosing device. Model: D25RE2 (0.2%-2%) Powered by water pressure, no need electricity.
Water Pipe with Nipple Drinkers	Each cell has one nipple drinker. Raising ability: 3-5 birds/pc. Nipple material: inside valve is made of stainless steel, shell is made of plastic.
Water Line Accessory	Water display tube, pipe connectors, pipe fixing clips, etc.

4. Automatic Feeding Trolley System.
(1) This system deliver feed to all chicken with feeding trolley.
(2) The feed supply quantity is adjustable and evenly to all chicken for growing healthy and high productivity.
5. Automatic Egg Collection System.
(1) This system consists of egg collection machine, egg collection belt, belt driving motor and collection table.
(2) The feed supply quantity is adjustable and evenly to all chicken for growing healthy and high productivity.

Egg Collection Machine	For 3 tier / 4 tier / 5 tier cage system
Belt Driving Motor	Taiwan brand motor Power: 0.75 Kw, Voltage: 380V, three-phase, 50 Hz.
Egg Collection Belt	Material: Weave from condensed PVC wires

6. Automatic Manure Removal System.
(1) Manure removal system is divided into Manure removal belt system and Manure scraper system.
(2) It's very necessary to clean meanure regularly and in time, this will reduce the content of ammonia gas which influence chicken's grown and production.

Manure Removal Motor	Power: 2.2 Kw, three-phase Voltage: 380V, 50 Hz.
Manure Scraper	Hot galvanized scraper, long service life
Manure Removal Belt	Material: condensed PVC, with tenacity and highly corrosion resistance.
Nylon Cord and Steering Wheel	Nylon cord is weaved from condensed nylon wire. Steering wheel helps nylon cord changing direction.

7. Automatic Environment Controlling System.
This system consists of main power box, distribution box, AC2000 environment controller, ventilation window.

Main Power Box	Consist of electricity meter, schneider electrical components. The electrical components need 380V and 50 Hz electricity.
Distribution Box	Schneider electrical components, need 380V and 50 Hz electricity.
AC 2000 Environment Controller	Cooperate with main power box and distribution box, to control all exhaust fans and cooling pads, and ventilation windows.
Ventilation Window	To help nylon cord changing direction.

8. Exhaust Fans and Cooling Pads System.
This system consists of exhaust fans, cooling pads, water pump and water circulation system.

Exhaust Fans	Power: 1.1 Kw, three-phase, 50 Hz. Stainless steel blades, galvanized fan box.
Cooling Pads	Consist of corrugated kraft paper and glavanized pad frame.
Water Pump	Power: 1.1 Kw, three-phase, 50 Hz.
Water Circulation System	Consist of water filter, water pipes and pipe connectors.
