Thank you very much for your interest in Lucky Decoration products and our Company, below are few questions you may want answers.
Can factory print our brand on the product? Yes, but need provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow up to print customer's Logo on the products.
Is factory able to design your own package? We are willing to help our customers to design your package box with your own logo.
Does factory have the design and development capabilities when need customized products? The Staffs in our R&D department are well experience in the inflatable decoration industry, with more than 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch ~10 new series for customer its promotion items, keep our customers in a competitive stage.
Where the inflatable can be displayed? And how to install the inflatable product? You can display everywhere except in the water, and we will instruction in the box for install.
How to order? Choose item No. on website which you're interested. Contact our Sales who will send products details to you. Confirm samples (for the OEM order). Sign sales contract if we can make a deal. Pay 30% deposit before bulk production. Pre-production samples or pictures will be sent for your approval. Start mass production and require the third party QC teams for both in-line and final inspection. Arrange shipment based on your required port. Pay 70% balance against the B/L copy. Goods are arrived and picked up by your company Kindly provide feedback about our products. How many days for sample? It usually needs 3-7 days. (Depend on quantity)
What is about the lead time for mass production? Normal Mass production time is 35days (depends on the quantity) after pre-production sample is approved by your company.
Samples are free or need cost? Normally it is free, but depends on the sample quantity.
When Can I get the price? Our Sales usually will quote within 24 hours after get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us. How about the shipping way? FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, you can choose any shipping way you like.
How we control the quality and safety? We always keep strict quality control for any incoming material and also during each production process line. We have professional QC are in charge for full inspection, and also every 2 hours for random checking by production manager and quality manager to ensure the quality. If find any inferior products by manager, those products must be reworked and rechecked. For Safety, before mass production, we will send 3-6 pre-production samples to the Lab (BV, Intertek, CTT, SGS, TUV…) that customers requested for testing. If the testing is failed, we will pay the fee and re-test again. How about the payment? Payment terms can be negotiable. Usually 100% paid before shipping for small order, and Paypal is accepted. For large order, L/C, T/T (30% Deposit need prepay in advance, 70% balance need to be paid before shipping).
