The carcasses are completely placed in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, causing the fat to melt and the protein to hydrolyze under wet and hot conditions. At the same time, with the help of high temperature and high pressure, the pathogens carried in the carcasses of livestock and poultry are completely killed. After the treatment is completed, the materials (carcasses of livestock and poultry, slaughterhouse waste, and hatchery waste) can be converted into organic fertilizer or treated together with livestock and poultry manure.

Process characteristics: The wetting method for harmless treatment has the characteristics of fast processing speed, complete sterilization, no secondary pollution, high degree of automation, small space occupation, and low processing cost.
1. The top of the wetting machine is equipped with pressure compensation, pressure relief, exhaust, safety valve, and pressure gauge pipe openings. In order to effectively save energy, the wetting machine is equipped with an insulation layer (filled with high-temperature cotton, with a thickness of approximately 30mm).
2. The opening method is: manual quick-opening door design, with a safety interlock device, which can not only meet the needs of rapid production, but also ensure the personal safety of the operators.
3. The equipment temperature, pressure, and time can be freely set and are automatically controlled, saving labor and reducing the operator's misoperation.
