1. Description:
Use to continuously draw the ∅1.8mm copper wire to ∅ 0.15-0.5mm, and it can anneal online.
It can draw multi-head at the same time, and it has high production efficiency, and solve the site and personnel problems.
It adopts multiple sets of single or double layer drawing wheel with ceramic material. It has long service life, and is easy to replace and disassemble.
The unit adopts HMI+PLC control, centralized monitoring, display. The technological parameters can be read and stored, and the touch screen can be modified directly. It is convenient and efficient.
It equips with single or multiple take-up devices.
It can be selected with rolling mill, heat exchanger, vapor generator, copper powder filter and other auxiliary machine according to customer requirements.
