1. Delivery Time: For in-stock items, expect delivery within 10-15 days. If production is required, delivery will be within 15-20 days, subject to order quantity.
2. Payment Terms: An initial payment of 30% T/T is required, with the balance payable upon receipt of the B/L copy. For amounts under USD 10,000, full payment via T/T in advance is necessary.
3. OEM Service: We welcome OEM orders if the following conditions are met: 1. The brand is not registered in China. 2. Provide brand registration certification. 3. The order amount exceeds USD 30,000.
4. Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty for mechanical parts and 1 to 3 years for electronic components like motors and PCB boards, dependent on the suppliers of these electronic parts.
