Product DescriptionAnti-UV FRP extruded solid bar light weight flexible tent pole fiberglass reinforced plastic pultruded profileFiberglass pultruded profile is produced from fiberglass and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin with high temperature pultrusion. It is produced with a veil surface to prevent glass fibers from penetrating out of the resin surface in service, which increases the performace of anti-corrosion and anti-UV. For the shape of FRP pultruded profiles, it can be square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, round rod, I beam, U channel, Lchannel. The FRP pultruded profile size can be customized, including the shape, the lenght, the width, the thickness as well as the diameter. FRP pultruded profiles are featured with light weight, high strength, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, anti-flame and easy maintenance, etc.FRP Fiberglass rod/stake is a composite material with unique characteristics making it useful in a wide variety of applications. fiberglass rods are composed of polyester resin and fiberglass.It contains above 65% fiberglass and 25% resin,and some other material for special use(like UV-Stability).Fiberglass rod/stake is manufactured by pultrusion process, so it is possible to vary the resin system and enhance the glass content properties in order to meet a wide range of demanding requirements for specific designs and applications. This flexibility with the resin mix makes pultrusion material easier to work with, longer lasting and a safer product for the end user than other materials. As fiberglass material is lightweight and strong, it is much more efficient than steel, aluminum or structural timber.
