Pingle Turnkey plant is based on customer demand and a complete plant includes steel storage silo, steel structure building, wheat receiving, wheat cleaning, flour milling, flour blending, packing & stacking and PLC automation control.
1) Wheat cleaning
Wheat Cleaning includes grading, stone removal, magnetic separation, color separation, wheat moistening and dust removal. Through effective cleaning, the grinding efficiency can be improved, the quality of finished products can be improved and the service life of the equipment can be prolonged.
2) Wheat conditioning
Recommended tempering time

Wheat Type	Tempering time	1BK moisture:
Durum Wheat:	24-36(48)hours	16.0-17.0%(17.5%)
Hard Wheat:	18-24 hours	15.5-16.0%
Soft Wheat:	6-12 hours	14.5-15.0%

3) Flour Milling
Milling is the process of grinding grain into powder, granule and other materials, and grading the granular and powdery materials through screening and powdering to obtain finished products such as flour and bran
