Clear the floating dust, dirt, oil stains and dirt on the old concrete bonding surface; if there are honeycombs and cracks on the surface, they should be repaired and leveled.
After grinding, the structural body is exposed and wiped clean, and the bonding surface of the steel plate is clamped and derusted; after grinding the bonding surface, the metallic luster should be exposed and wiped clean.
The glue should be mixed strictly according to the proportion and weighed, and fully stirred without sediment or color difference. The container should be clean and should not be mixed with dust, moisture and pomelo. Mechanical stirring must be used to ensure that the components A and B are evenly mixed.
The prepared glue should be used immediately. When applying the glue, for horizontal pasting, it should be thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges, and for vertical pasting, it should be thicker at the top and thinner at the bottom, without any missed application;
After the steel plate is pasted, it should be pressure-fixed until the glue is extruded from the periphery of the steel plate at the same time;
The pressure on the steel plate should not be partially reduced during the process. After 24 hours, the pressure can be released, and after 3 days, it can be used under stress;
After the pasting and reinforcement are cured and the pressure is released, anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment should be done well
After the steel plate is bonded and cured, the density should be tested. A small hammer can be used to lightly strike the steel plate to determine the effective area from the impact, and the density should meet the relevant regulations.
