Product Introduction:

a) Packing speed. In order to improve production efficiency, two-chamber or multi-chamber vacuum machines can be selected to improve the progress of the entire production.

c) Requirements for the vacuum level of the packaged article. If the packaged items need to be stored in good condition under high vacuum conditions, a cavity vacuum machine needs to be selected.
d) Requirements for vacuum machine for the composition state of the packaged article.
When purchasing, packaging solids, granules and other relatively dry and non-corrosive materials can be selected aluminum alloy materials, while packaging materials with higher soup can be selected stainless steel materials or aluminum magnesium alloy materials.
The sealing ring generally adopts silicone rubber, black rubber, a few low-grade products use foamed rubber, silicone rubber high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good sealing, long service life, foamed rubber sealing poor, easy to fall off, short service life.
Maintenance:
1. Read the manual carefully before operation, and be familiar with the adjustment and use methods.
2. According to the provisions of the vacuum pump manual, carry out regular maintenance of the vacuum pump, refuel (pay attention to maintaining the oil level), and strictly pay attention to not allowing the reversal, so as not to cause the misoperation of the pump and the pump reversal, and the oil is sprayed into the vacuum system in the pump.
3. Frequently check whether there are foreign objects on the sealing paint cloth of the lower hot pressure frame and whether it is flat to ensure the sealing strength.
4. Frequently check whether the grounding of the machine is in good contact to ensure safe use of electricity.
5. When the fault is found, the power should be turned off in time, if necessary, the emergency stop button should be connected, and the cover should be lifted after deflating, and then the voltage should be turned off, the cause should be checked, and the fault should be eliminated.
