A: We seal the confirmed sample with our factories to make sure yarn counts and specifications, weft density and picks per inch, stretchness and elongation, fastness of color and printing, texture and handfeel and so on of the bulk goods are the same as those of the confirmed sample. We also accept authorized third party inspection before shipment.
Manufacturing ProcessesCovering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic knotted hair band. Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the satin face elastic. Weaving the greige of the fold over satin face elastic or flat satin face elastic with polished weft nylon yarn in dyeable raw white color. Dyeing the raw white greige of satin face woven elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the satin face elastic tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Width, thickness, density, flatness, tidiness, stretchness, elongation, color fastness, color levelling, color precision, metals and so on, will be carefully checked and inspected at this process.
Hot sealed cutting, hand knotting, then packing the satin face elastic knotted hair band by cardboard, small PP bag or large PP bag. Then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
