Automatic Building Waterproofing Bitumen Membrane Plant Small Capacity Production Line

Product Description

Modifed bitumen waterproofng membrane production line is to produce SBS / APP Modifed Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane which is widely used in industrial and civil buildings such as roof, basement, toilet, bridge, park, swimming pool, tunnel for waterproofng and moisture proofng.
The working principle can be divided into 3 steps.
1.To mix the bitumen, polymer(SBS or APP) , talcum filler silo powder, engine oil and some other raw materials via modifed mixer tanks(the mixing tank should be kept warm by heat conducting oil). The finished mixtures can be called modifed bitumen.
2.The modifed bitumen will be deliveried into coating tanks. Then the carrier nonwoven(reinforcement) will be coated with the modifed bitumen. At last, the coated nonwoven will be covered by PE film or sand or other surface materials. Then, the bitumen membrane will be formed in to rolls.
3.The finished products will be cooled by water and air, then be rolled by winder.
