The machine is characterized by a vertical rigidity of an excellent cast iron bed and is equipped with a high-performance twelve-power tower, making it suitable for the composite processing of disk parts through vertical turning and milling, while ensuring exceptional reliability and accuracy retention.
2. The spindle boasts high precision and strong rigidity, enabling stepless speed regulation and constant speed cutting with quick start-up capabilities.
3. The X/Z axis utilizes servo motors and directly connected ball screws to achieve high feed accuracy, resulting in higher machining accuracy.
4. Roller guide rails and ball screw pairs are lubricated with centralized automatic oil lubrication, featuring quantitative oil separators at each node to ensure uniform lubrication of every sliding surface. This effectively reduces friction resistance, improves motion accuracy, and extends the service life of the ball screw pair and guide rail.
5. The fully enclosed machine tool is designed to prevent coolant leakage, featuring an industrial modeling design that is both aesthetically pleasing and compatible with industrial robots for unmanned automatic production on unit assembly lines.
6. Equipped with an automatic chip removal system, the machine ensures smooth chip removal as well as convenient loading/unloading operations for ease of use.
