Product Features: This dough mixer is developed for the mixing process of cookie dough and pastry dough, and is suitable for all kinds of food raw materials that need to be quickly and evenly mixed, such as: chocolate, jam, and all kinds of pulp.
The mixing blade and the upper and lower barrel body are cast by 304 stainless steel, and are finished by CNC machining center in the later stage. The powerful motor enables the dough mixer to quickly mix, emulsifying oil, sugar and water, which greatly shorens the dough mixing time and improves efficiency compared with the ordinary dough mixer, and greatly saves costs for the enterprises using it.
