Equipment process flow: raw material unwinding → longitudinal wrap → wrap edge sealing → cutting and binding break → longitudinal double folding → transverse cut → transverse fold → Finished product output
1.Feeding rack: Adopt high quality national standard square steel pipe welded main frame, overall stability and firm, surface rust treatment and stainless steel coated.
2.Transmission system: the conveyor belt is arranged in the direction of the machine, and the servo motor is used to drive the high-precision synchronous wheel.
3.Material unwinding frame: high precision servo control material tension, manual correction.
4.The over-lock mold made of stainless steel , and it's running smooth and neat, and the size is accurate
5.The edge of the bag is sealed by heat sealing, and the edge is evenly and firmly sealed.
6.Cutting and binding breaks: The tool is made of high-quality die steel, durable, the incision is smooth, the servo drive is used, and the incision position is accurate. (Adopts cylinder pressure regulation)
7.Longitudinal folding: adopts the form of multi-transition folding rod, longitudinal folding is stable and flat
8.The cutting device adopts roll cutting mode and is driven by servo motor. The cutting length error of the product is not more than 3mm
9.Horizontal folding: using servo control folding device, folding flat, accurate position
10.Quality control: The folding process shall not cause secondary damage to the material, stretching and other functional or performance damage. There should be no dirt or foreign object in the process, especially oil.
11.Product output platform: driven by speed regulating motor, with batch prompt and progress function (batch product spacing open, convenient for subsequent packaging counting)
