YMSF 28-5B Small Sorghum Maize Corn Grits and Flour Milling Machine Product Description
Corn peeling, grits and flour milling/wheat peeling and milling/rice milling/sorghum peeling and milling.
YMSF 28-5B has both corn peeling and grits milling functions. Internally installed motor: 7.5kw, 380v. Processing capacity: 300kg/h(corn, wheat, sorghum, rice and so on).
YMSF 28-5B corn grits and flour milling machine is integrated with corn peeling and polishing, grits and flour milling, end products classifying and winnowing. The clean grains are sent into the feeding inlet for peeling, degerming and black impurities removing. Peeled corn kernels are processed by milling. Then the milled mixture is classified into medium grits, small grits and flour. The internally installed air draft chamber can collect the corn bran from peeling process.
Working Principle of maize corn Grits and Flour Milling Machine
The clean raw maize is conveyed or manually feeded to the feeding inlet for dehulling which could get big size and clean maize kernels. Then worker put the kernels into another feeding inlet for futher grinding , it could produce grits and maize meal.There is high efficient air draft chamber for collecting the maize skin and further clean the micro powder and micro impurities in the maize grits.
