Product Description Oil-free screw air compressor compresses air through two-stage screw rotors, and removes water from the compressed air through a water-gas separator. The shaft of the rotor is sealed with excellent performance to prevent lubricating oil from leaking into the compressed air, so as to achieve true oil-free.
Working principle The turbine rotor rotates in the order of Figure 1→2→3→4, and the air is sucked into the space between the turbine stator and the turbine rotor. The volume of the crescent-shaped (point-symmetrical) compression chamber gradually decreases, and the compressed air is discharged from the exhaust port in the center.
