Baby Play Mat Plastic Coating/Lamination Machine Play Mats are products made form sticking EPE (pearl cotton) sheet and colored printing PE film with a layer of PE.This is one composite extrusion production line with 2050 mm width specifications, made by one extrusion production line and the auxiliary equipment. Technological process:Main winding roll - secondary winding- extruding and compounding - cut edge - rewinding. Main features validate width: 1500-2050mm.

It adopts high temperature oil-electric heating method, and has circular air knife for cutting. The composite material may be embossed or glossy.
