Product Description
Introduction:
The Double Planet a digesting and assimilate from foreign advanced technology, The machine include electrical machines、 Moderating machine 、Framework、Seal and cover、planer frame rotates, agitator, Wall shaving device, Storage bucket, The hydraulic pressure of twin columns hoists or lower the device and so on.
It is used in high shear, stirring, dispersing and disintegrating of such products whose viscosity between 1000-1,000,000cps. It is widely used in adhesives, silica gel, tin cream, food and electrical industries.
Working principle:
When the planet frame rotates, while driving three axes of mixing and dispersing , when they are rotating they are also revolution at the same time. So that the material can be strongly cutting off, impact, so that can be totally mixing and dispersing. There is one scrapper at the planet frame, which will rotating when start, can take the material at the kettle wall let no material stay on the kettle wall, so that the mixing will be more effect. Mixing time can be controlled by the operator for different type of material on the control panel. The mixing kettle can be lift by two hydraulic oil cylinder easy to operate.
This mixer is ideal for mixing and kneading viscous pastes or putty-like materials. A wide variety of options include vacuum/pressure, thermal jacketing and sanitary designs.
