The usage method of magnetic tumbling polishing machine is as follows:

Grinding operation: Observe the operating status of the equipment, adjust the speed and nozzle in a timely manner to ensure the grinding effect. When the grinding marks on the surface of the workpiece become shallow, finer abrasives can be replaced or the particle size of the grinding tool can be adjusted.
Cleaning and completion: After the surface of the workpiece reaches the required polishing effect, turn off the equipment, remove the workpiece, and perform cleaning and inspection.
It should be noted that when using a magnetic tumbling polishing machine, safety precautions should be taken to avoid abnormal situations during machine operation, and timely shutdown should be carried out for inspection and problem-solving.
