1. Rubber O-ring Introduction
It is rubber ring with O-shaped cross section, it has high elasticity, insulation and long service life.
It is easy to manufacture, inexpensive and reliable, so it is commonly used in machinery manufacturing,
automotive,electrical, medical and other industries,and plays the role of sealing, insulation, cushioning,
fixing, etc. Therefore, rubber O-ring is one of the most commonly used seals in global machinery.
2. Raw Material Selection
Rubber O-ring has a variety of raw materials. Different materials have different properties and prices.
The order of material prices is: NBR<SIL<EPDM<CR<ACM<FKM<HNBR<FVMQ

Q1. What is the normal lead time?
A: Average lead time for samples is 3-5 days, production time after sample approval
is 2-3 weeks. If tooling is involved, the lead time of production tooling is 10-15 days.
Q2. What is your standard packing?
A: All the goods will be packed by PE bag inside and carton outside. Special packing
method can be accepted when needed.
Q3. Which payment way is workable?
A1: Irrevocable L/C, Cash, PayPal, Credit card and T/T transfers.
A2: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment after goods are ready. If
tooling fee is involved, 100% tooling fee in advance.
A3: Payment way can be negotiated.
Q4. How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A1: We mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials.
A2: We only use rubber raw materials certified by RoHS, FDA , REACH, PAHs.
A3: We will regularly test our rubber raw materials and issue rubber physical property
reports to monitor their quality.

A1: We can provide technical support for any problems in use.
A2: If the product has any quality problems, it can be refunded in full.
