ECO Series Fully Automatic Blow Molding Machine
Features: Servo control: Preform Transfer System. Servo system features speedy, accurately, stably, flexibly and energy efficient. Wide range of application as various PET bottles under 2L for water, beverage, cosmetics, etc. Double Crank Clamping System plus High-pressure Compensation, strong clamping force. Main rail adopted high quality stainless steel, precision 0.1mm, smoother movement and lower noise. Advanced high frequency Infrared Heaters upgrade the heating efficiency 30%-50%. Each layer heaters controlled separately. Mold fixed by Drawer Design. Aluminum mold changeover work can be easily done in half hour.
Features: Wide application, can make any PET bottles with any shape from 50ml to 20L. PLC control, easy operation. Using the new clamping system with double crank four tie-bars, the cross balanced fixed glide, strong clamping force. With Pre-blow function, produce higher quality PET bottles, lower defective rate. Advanced air circuit design, low pressure for clamping, sealing and stretching; high pressure for blowing bottles. With infrared heating, every layer can be adjustable independently, frequency speed control, cooling air for neck cooling, achieves perfect bottle.

A:50% down payment against order confirmation, 50% balance payment prior shipment.
Q5: Have blow machine 100% assemnled well in stock?
A: No. All blow machine will be assembly produced according to your order.
Q6: what is your delivery time?
A: usually in 60days, depends on your projects.
Q7: what about installing in customer factory?
A: after machine arrived at your factory, please prepare water, electric,air and preform, then we will arrange engineer to install machine and train your workers, the longest time to free install shall be in one week, you should afford engineer air tickets, food, hotel,transport.
