1.2 core and cavity made of 35CrMo steel,with high hardness and abrasion-resistance. it can run continuously at the temp of 500ºC;
1.3 screw: 2316 steel (Germany,HRC:44-46R);
1.4 others parts also belong to the advanced;
2,Features of the mould:
2.1 The screw neck is made under international standard, the material of which is imported nitrogenized steel with excellent hardness and lifetime.
2.2 adopted optima and reasonable cooling system.
2.3 Treated with advanced technology and precised processing. The parts are changeable for convenient use.
