1. How long I can get the dress?
7-15 days for stock items, 15-20 days if out of stock, 20-35days for mass production.
If shipped from our New York warehouse, will be within 7days for American customers.
2. Will my dress look just like the same as pictures?
Yes, we hire professional dress models and photographers to take pictures. All of dresses we put on website are real dresses, except for little color difference caused by pixel problems.

3. How can I get a sample dress? How much have I to pay for it?
Generally the sample dress cost is about twice higher than wholesale price; please contact our service team for details.
4. What’ s your payment terms?
T/T bank transform, Western Union, PayPal, Credit Card etc.
The prices for small quantity less than 100pcs or order amount less than USD10000.00 are on the base of
Ex work terms, 100% down payment.
For larger quantity over 100pcs or order amount over USD10000.00 are on the base of FOB or CIF terms, 50% down payment, 50% balance paid before shipment.
5. How do you pack your products?
1PC/ Waterproof bag, 15PCS/Carton; or as per your request.
6. What’s your shipping terms?
Orders with quantity less than 100pcs or total amount less than USD10000.00 will be shipped by international express or logistics; otherwise will be shipped by sea. Or as per your request.

7. What is your Return Policy?
