Introduction of compact tube roller:
CY-MSK-SFM-15 is a new generation planetary ball mill with independent speed for disc revolution and jar rotation, which can adjust impact and shear force during milling for various material to produce the optimized particle size and shape and achieve better mechanical alloying.
Specifications of compact tube roller:

Features	Independent speed control for main disc revolution (0 - 400 RPM) and milling jar rotation (0-1600 RPM) to allow the user to explore the best parameter for the wanted particle size and shape. Touch screen control panel for programming the speeds, the milling time and the pause time. Four 500 mL stainless steel jars are included for immediate use. Other type jars are available as an option. Note: Particle size is dependent on impact force and particle shape is dependent on shear force. It is your responsibility to find the best parameter for various materials.
Working Voltage	208 - 240V AC (single-phase), 50/60 Hz 4550W Max. 220V AC Power plug is not included. For operation under 110V, please use > 1000W transformer.

Grinding Container	Made of SS 304 Steel with 5 Liter Capacity and vacuum jacket for thermal insulation. Dimension: I.D.: 210mm Height: 180mm Vacuum jacket with KF 25 port and needle valve (vacuum pump is not included, please order it at CYKY)
Milling Jars	Four sets of 500 ml jars with SS milling ball combo are included. If extra SS balls are needed please click the pic in below to order. We provide a wide range of jar/ball materials for contamination-free processes, such as Nylon, Alumina, Zirconia, agate...Please contact us for more details. Hi-throughput milling tank (8 x10ml jars) is available upon request, which can mill 32 samples per batch.
