Product Description

Gantry milling machine is a milling machine with portal frame structure, horizontal long bed structure and electrical control system. The gantry milling machine is a large and efficient general-purpose machine tool. The machine tool has good rigidity and is suitable for strong milling. It is mainly used for small batch and batch production to mill the planes and slopes of various large and medium-sized workpieces. The bed is made of one-piece casting, which has good rigidity after tempering, and the guide rail is finely ground by precision guide rail grinder. After being finely ground by the grinder, the carriage is also manually scraped to achieve good adhesion with the guide rail of the bed. The main drive system adopts advanced AC variable frequency vector control, stepless speed change of the table, which greatly improves the work efficiency and effectively saves man hours. The feeding of milling power head up and down the left and right columns of the beam is stepless regulated by the frequency converter, and the lubrication mode of the whole machine is automatic timing lubrication system.
