Manufactured by combining thermosetting resin with continuous fiberglass rovings in precision molds, each panel contains approximately 65% resin and 35% fiberglass rovings. This combination optimizes corrosion resistance, UV protection, and structural integrity.Fiberglass Grating is a lightweight and sound alternative to Steel or Aluminum Gratings. Corrosion-resistant and fire-retardant, this product line is ideal for use outdoors or in corrosive environments.Besides traditional quare mesh type, we also produce rectangulae mesh and micro mesh.
Fiber glass grating producing process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation.This continuous process produces an integral, one piece panel,Frp grating offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.

The 1" and 1-1/2" deep products are produced with a 1-1/2" square mesh while the 2" deep products are produced with a 2''square mesh. The square pattern of the panels provides bi-directional strength and facilitates easy layout and fabrication.
