Machine brief introduction1.This machine is applicable for automatic single packing for N-fold / M-fold facial tissue, napkin. With latest cam mechanism, its stable production speed can reach 120 pack/min;2.The film is unwound by belt, with can ovoid wrinkling.over-tension,etc, on the film;3.Film cut-off is done by pulling at perforation,which makes debugging easier and eliminates skew film trouble;4.Front and rear film pulling rollers are employed to reduce the film vibration at high speed running, avoiding double code printing, color indicator loss, etc;5.Adopting high precision motion controller and four-axis servo control system to ensuring the precision in packing size and realizing rapid switching between different specifications;6.Adopting frequency inverter to control feeding and servo drive to control key actions, ensuring the machine bear merits of complete function configuration, high efficiency, easy operation, convenient maintenance, etc;7.This machine is equipped with unique functions of tissue form correction, no double-feeding, jogging deviation correction, auto running speed adjustment, tissue length over-tolerance protection.gas curtain static removing, etc.
