Application of Fishmeal Machine This unit is designed for small fish meal processing plants, with low investment and quick results. It integrates steaming, pressing and drying. It uses heat transfer oil as a carrier and electromagnetic heating to replace steam boilers. The electric heating power is 60 kw, and the working temperature of the heat transfer oil is 180ºC.
It is suitable for aquatic product processing enterprises, aquatic waste material processing places and small fish meal plants with unstable raw materials.
The process of processing small miscellaneous fish is to mature the materials by steaming, and the matured materials are then degreased by pressing to achieve the degreasing effect. The cake enters the steam dryer for drying. Under the action of the stirring teeth, the materials are fully dried to obtain the finished product.
