Product Description
PTFE is a specialised enginering plastic which has excellent non stick properties - it has surface to which no substance will adhere. PTFE is not affected by almost all chemicals and solvents and has outstanding dielectric properties, making PTFE sheets the ideal enginering plastic for electrical and thermal insulators , seals, glide rings, etc.
PTFE also has excellent UV resistance and is capable of continueous use at 260 degrees centigrade.
PTFE sheets are available in a variety of thickness from 3mm to 50mm. We supply cut to size PTFE sheets and also supply full PTFE sheets

PTFE sheet is manufactured by moulding method with PTFE granular resin. PTFE skived sheet is skived from billet. Thickness can reach 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm. Width between 300mm to 2000mm.
Maximum long term working temperature is 260°C. Maximum short term working temperature is + 260°C.

A: It usually needs 2 days. The actual time is up to how many sample orders we receive.

A: The delivery time for sample is up to the transportation you chosen. For air or express, it only needs several days. For sea, it may need around 12 days.
