to extend the shelf life of materials by sterilization and cooling. The heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling requirements designed according to different processes,
different materials and different process combinations can meet the process requirements. With a variety of safety protection measures, high temperature,
alarm and low temperature backflow. At the same time, according to the requirements of users, automatic control system can be configured.
The pasteurzation temperature and pasteurization time is customized.
Device Description
Technical parameters: 5ºC→65ºC (homogeneous)→85~95ºC (15S)→5ºC The unit can be connected to separator, homogenizer, flasher, degasser, etc.
This machine is used as a pasteurizer (widely used in fresh milk, milk beverages, fruit juice, tea, wine, ice cream, etc.), and it can also pre-sterilize materials when producing pasteurized milk (longevity milk). The machine has the characteristics of high heat recovery rate, low energy cost, rigorous structural design, convenient operation and simple maintenance.
