Baby's skin is relatively sensitive and weak, and the raw materials and structure of diapers will affect the comfort of use. The product of this machine is upper tissue, lower tissue, cotton core(mix with SAP), ADL, back sheet, frontal tape, top sheet hydrophilic nonwoven, leg cuff hydrophilic nonwoven, spunbond small ear, elastic big ear, and waistband. The whole core has a multi-layer structure, among which the instant suction guide layer evenly diverts urine, instantly absorbs urine, and shortens the residence time of urine on the surface of the core. It fits well when cut so that the diaper does not feel loose and the core does not easily shift, effectively preventing urine leakage.
