It is mainly composed of vertical boom, rotating tower, feeder, drive mechanism, etc. When working, the vertical boom equipped with the feeder is first inserted into the grain pile in the cabin. Bulk grain flows into the box from the opening of the lower end of the vertical boom under the action of the feeder, and under the push of the scraper circulating chain in the vertical boom, as the chain scraper is lifted upward, it is discharged from the top of the boom and falls into the horizontal conveyor in the ledge, and then transferred to the predetermined receiving device of the dock.

The main features of the buried scraper unloader are as follows:
(1) The overall structure is tall and large, the driver's cab position is high, and the line of sight is better; Beautiful appearance, good overall stability. The cantilever is equipped with a hoist with a lifting capacity of 15t, which can lift large clearance equipment.
(2) From vertical lifting, cantilever conveying to gantry conveyor, all use buried scrapers, and the grain crushing is large. The vibration of load operation is small, the equipment is stable, but the idle operation noise is large. Compared to entrainer and corrugated flange belt unloaders, the energy consumption is higher.
(3) The weight of the whole equipment is large, the load-bearing requirements of the terminal are high, and the basic investment is large.
(4) The equipment usually has small maintenance, stable performance, large conveying capacity and convenient operation. Vertical lifting hydraulic drive, unloading speed can be adjusted at will, easy to control. The reclaimer head is properly protected and will not damage the reclaimer due to the collision between the clearance machine and the reclaimer during clearance, and can easily correct the scraper damaged by debris. It has good excavation performance for hardened grain and good adaptability to debris in grain.
(5) The comprehensive maintenance cost is low, and the scraper chain is easy to replace, but the SKT shell is difficult to replace
