FW-4000 7/8 Computer Controlled Winding Machine

2.VFW-25000 Computer-controlled Vertical Field Winding Machine
1.General VFW-25000 computer-controlled vertical on-site winding machine is a large diameter advanced winding machine (hereinafter referred to as the winding machine) developed by our company by absorbing foreign advanced technology. It is controlled by computer and specially used for in-situ winding of large diameter FRP tanks. This machine can produce FRP tanks with diameters ranging from 4m to 25m with suitable mandrels. The control centre of this machine is an industrial computer made in Taiwan. After inputting the parameters of the winding product, the computer can automatically complete the design of the tank linearity and control the combined movement of mandrel rotation and carriage shift. The glass fibres soaked in resin are perfectly aligned on the liner. The winder combines technology and science, such as mandrel rotation, carriage movement and winding roving layout, all of which are precisely controlled by computer software. The FRP products wound by this machine are widely used in chemical, petroleum, beer and other industries.
