Pulp Making Line Various kinds of waste paper will be put into the pulping machine, and after about 20 minutes of high-concentration mixing, the pulp will be automatically transported to the pulp storage tank for storage and mixing. Then it is transported to the pulp mixing tank by the pulp supply pump and stirred to the required pulp consistency, and then transported to the moulding machine. Forming Process 1. The moulding machine adsorbs the pulp from the pulp supply pump to the moulding machine hopper onto the mould of the moulding machine, and the excess moisture is sucked to the sewage tank through the suction of the vacuum system to adsorb the pulp onto the mould of the moulding machine. 2.
