Plastic Machine PET Strap Packing Band Extrusion Production Line
We supplies extruder machine PET strap band production line manufactured in our own production facility and engineered specifically to meet the needs of customers in international markets.
PET strap band is widely used on packing industry.
PET strap machinery features as follows: Screw with compression ratio especially for PP/PET, gradually changing diameter and deeper thread groove at the melting part; Gearbox with hardened gears; Die can be precisely adjusted to ensure stable production and smooth surface of straps; Stainless steel cooling trough with four thermo treatment processes displaces the traditional one; Haul off rollers with bigger size ensure the quality of products; New rolling technology overcomes the shortcomings of traditional rolling machine like high gradient and bending deflection; Laser embossing roller makes clear and even patterns.
Width range: 9-25mm
Thickness range: 0.6-1.2mm Production Process:
Material→ Dehumidifying and Crystallizing → Extruding → Mold → Cooling → Haul-off →Oven Heating →Pre-heating → Drawing and Stretching →Drawing and Stretching → Embossing →Hot Forming → Drawing → Winding

Features:
1) PET raw materials do not need to separate the dry and water treatment. There are automatic circulation on preheating and drying that save a large number of equipment investment and reduce the production cost by 30%.
2) Utilizing the retrieving bottle slice as raw materials that reducing the cost to a great extent.
3) with the Multi-purpose machine, produce the PET straps in different specifications directly and don't need to change the mould head.
4) Comparing with new polyester slice, the transparency of products is just the same, but the tensile strength and shock resistance are up to the international grade.
