The automatic CZ exchange roll forming machine is a complete roll forming system designed to manufacture CZ purlins in a variety of specifications. With the fully automatic CZ interchangeable section roll forming machine, you can swiftly switch between C and Z purlins in just 30 minutes. It also allows rapid size adjustments for any model between 100-300mm within 5 minutes, meeting your specific requirements with ease. The forming cutter supports continuous cutting of any model in this range without needing to change tools. Additionally, it features automatic centering and feeding port adjustments, precise fixed-length cutting, high-speed forming, reducing labor costs, and significantly boosting production efficiency.
