Product Description

This series CNC pipe threading lathe is mainly designed for processing internal pipe threads, including metric, inch and taper threads. As well as having all the common functions of normal CNC lathe, such as processing inner and outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, curved surface, groove, end face, etc. This series lathe is widely used in industries including petroleum exploiting, minerals mining, chemical piping and geological prospecting, it is high-efficiency equipment in processing and repairing drilling pipe, drilling rod, thread coup-ling and son on.
Double Chuck
Big spindle bore and double chuck allows clamp and process big diameter pipes.
Quenched Guide
Ultrasonic frequency quenched guide-ways are hard enough for good wear-resistance.
Tool Post Turret
Standard with 4 station electric tool post. Optional: 6/8/10/12 station turret tool. Quick tool change speed, accurate tool change.
Tailstock
Standard with manual tailstock. Optional: Hydraulic or pneumatic type tailstock.
CNC Control System
GSK, FANUC, SIEMENS, KND, and other operating systems can be according to customer requirements.
