Needle -punching machine can convert the fleeciness textile fiber into Acupuncture cotton ,hign density and high-spring such as themal insuation blanket,Greenhouse quilt raw materials ,Mattresses,sofa,cushion,Car mats,Chemcical products and Non-woven fabrics for engineering etc,through Carding process,Spreading process,Acpcucture process,strengthening process.
The needle punching machine unit consist of opening machine ,carding machine with chute feeder ,needle machine with winder and cutter .The necessary parts include Fan motor ,Speed reducers and electric control cabinet.We can match machineary for you according to customer's requirement .
