they are made individually, welded and screwed
Product description:
To manufacture and supply transport box for the purpose of the Refill unit.
Assuming:
⦁ the dimensions of the Refill
⦁ that 4 fills should fit in a crate
⦁ that the crate should have the dimensions of a pallet (1200x800 mm).
A 3D model of the Fill for determining the dimensions is provided by you.
The crate is consequently produced with the following specifications.
⦁ 1620x1200x800 mm (external incl. pallet)
⦁ material thickness of 10 mm.
⦁ Final execution will be determined by mutual agreement.
⦁ Fabrication will only start after approval of the design drawing
⦁ Sheet material: HDPE Sheet / Black
⦁ Pallet material: HDPE / Grey
The body of the crate will be welded to the HDPE pallet.
The remaining panels will be attached to the body with black stainless steel screws.
The lid will be connected to the body using 6 stainless steel turnbuckles.
