Characteristic:
1.Adopting the internationally popular inverted T-shaped moving column and integral bed structure, it has high rigidity and good stability.
2.The castings are cast using resin sand molds, with high accuracy retention.
3.The standard BT50 ring spray spindle is equipped with an air curtain protection device, completely avoiding the infiltration of cutting fluid and dust, ensuring spindle accuracy and extending service life.
4.The spindle transmission system of the machine tool is driven by a high-power servo motor, with a maximum speed of 6000rpm.
5.The machine tool is equipped with a spiral chip conveyor and a cutting scouring device that can timely discharge chips, avoiding the thermal impact of chips on the machine tool and ensuring high precision in machining.
