We make aluminum alloy mold, sand casting, CNC machining, milling and boring after casting. Casting tolerance base on CT8, CT9, CT10, CT11 and ISO 2768-m. Mini Machining tolerance is +/-0.03mm.For dimension, We provide 3MM inspection dimension report. For material, we make material test report in acordance to EN 10204 3.1 b. We have ISO9001-2015 certificate, PED certificate issued by Lloyd's Register, LR. We arrange 3rd party inspection, such as customer appointed inspection agency.Our main customers are from Germany, Spain, USA.
