Product Description

VMC855 vertical machining center product description:
1. X, Y, Z three-axis travel: 800×550×550mm.
2. The main shaft is driven by belt, the maximum speed is 8000 rpm.
3. Tool magazine: 24 tools Arm type ATC.
4. The head unit is a heavy box structure. The internal ribs are strengthened and highly rigid.
5. The spindle tooling method adopts pneumatic tooling, and the force of the spindle is uniform during tooling, which prolongs the life of the bearing.
6. The electrical box adopts an internally divided and isolated design to separate the heating source of the controller. The front side uses a heat exchanger to dissipate heat to prevent external dust from entering the electrical box; the rear side uses a fan to dissipate the heat of the fan.
7. The three-axis adopts Taiwan Shangyin/Yintai high-precision ball screw, combined with precision nut pre-compression and tail pre-tensioning devices to ensure that the machine backlash and thermal deformation are kept low for a long time.
8. The X, Y, and Z axes adopt roller-type linear guides, which have high rigidity, low noise, and low friction, which can make rapid displacement and obtain the best cycle accuracy!
