The machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as PE, BOPP, PET, CPE, PVC film, aluminum foil and paper, etc. And can cut edge,slit material according to different requirements during production.
Feautre: 1. Adopts PLC control system and touch humane-machine interface.
2. Unwind unit adopts air shaft, pneumatic lifting system, PLC automatic control magnetic powder.
3. Main traction controller by inverter motor.
4. Rewind unit adopts PLC control magnetic powder clutch.
5. Automatic EPC for unwinding, photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and/or the line of material.
6. Equipped with automatic waste film blowing device. (Vertical knife structure).
