1. In plastic applications, antibacterial masterbatches can be prepared in advance and then added to plastics in a certain proportion. The recommended amount of antibacterial powder is 1.0-1.2%.
2. In the rubber products can be directly added during the processing, the recommended amount of 1.0-1.2%.
3.On ceramic products, it is recommended to add 3-5%; In the paint (ink), the amount added is 1%-3%.
4. In the chemical fiber, the antibacterial masterbatch containing inorganic antibacterial powder 15-20% can be prepared in advance, and then the antibacterial masterbatch is added to the chemical fiber material according to the proportion of 5-6%, it is recommended that the final product contains silver zirconium phosphate antibacterial powder in 1.0-1.2%.
