This steel drawing machine is suitable for drawing stainless steel wire.
1, Full immersion lubrication system, synchronous belt drive, with constant tension, low noise, high efficiency and other characteristics.
2. Special tool steel material is used for capstan.
3, The equipment adopts PLC control, double motor, double frequency conversion, color touch screen display.
4. Special straightening device is added to the export die, and the finished product wire is conducive to the release and annealing of the following process.
5. Stepper motor is used to arrange wiring, which is adjustable and smooth.
6. The disorderly wire protection device is installed at the pay off place. The disorderly or broken wire can stop by itself.
