1. Welding materials must be kept dry

2. The saw blade must be treated before welding
Before welding, the saw blade must be properly ground and cleaned for welding. It should be noted that grinding will shorten the saw blade, so the length of the saw blade must be measured before grinding.
3. Master the appropriate speed and strength when welding
When welding, ensure that the welding speed and intensity are appropriate. Too fast or too slow welding speed will affect the welding quality, and uneven combustion of the catalyst will also cause the saw blade to break. When welding, you should keep your hand stable and maintain a stable heating speed and intensity.
4. Need to be trimmed after welding is completed
After welding is completed, it is necessary to polish and adjust the height of the welding point in time to ensure that the entire saw blade is flat and has no raised or depressed points. Only in this way can the saw blade be made stronger and more durable.
