Introduction
The 100 Tons fully automatic rice mill plant stands as the epitome of efficiency and quality for large-scale farmers and extensive rice processing factories aiming to produce superior white rice. This plant achieves an impressive output of approximately 100 tons in a mere 24-hour cycle. When operating for an 8-hour shift, the output scales to around 30~40 tons, meeting substantial demands with ease.For paddy processing,this translates to an extraordinary 120~150 tons processed over 24 hours,and an efficient 40~50 tons in just an 8-hour period.
From the initial feeding of paddy to the final packaging of pristine white rice, the entire operation is fully automated. This ensures high output, exceptional quality, impressive efficiency, and a remarkably low breakage rate, all achieved with a lean team of just 5~6 skilled operators managing the entire factory.
